本课程旨在培养具备全球视野、政策敏锐度和战略纪律的国家安全法律人才，结合香港普通法传统与中国法律体系，涵盖政治、网络、生态、文化等安全领域，通过理论教学与实践应用，使学生能够评估国家安全法律问题并运用法律工具和政策解决方案。
