本课程旨在培养反思性的社会工作及精神健康从业者，通过混合模式学习，使学员在智力挑战中发展专业实践知识。课程专为在职社工、教师、护士及其他精神健康专业人员设计，提供整体多维视角理解及处理精神健康问题，融合人本取向，促进个人、家庭及社区的心理成长。
