该课程为从事屋宇设备工程的工程师或相关专业人士提供设计、管理及运作现代屋宇设备系统的高级教育，涵盖服务系统设计、项目管理、运营维护、能源性能、建筑智能化及可持续性等广泛领域。学生需完成48学分课程及24学分论文。
