该课程旨在提供科技法、知识产权法及两者交叉领域的法律理解，涵盖人工智能的法律与伦理影响、技术与法律服务、竞争法与科技行业、大数据、数据挖掘、数据保护、网络犯罪与安全、互联网平台监管、3D打印、纳米技术、金融科技、计算机程序与算法保护、数字混音与用户生成内容以及在线流媒体等主题。

备注：学费2026-2027学年正在审核中；申请需在15个日历日内提交所有证明文件；雅思和托福考试需在入学年份9月1日前两年内参加；不接受IELTS One Skill Retake、IELTS Indicator和TOEFL iBT Home Edition。
