申请人须遵守一般规定及修课式研究生课程规定，并满足以下至少一项：(1)持有法学学士学位，至少二级荣誉或同等学历；(2)持有非法律学科至少二级荣誉学位，并具有至少两年相关经验及适当专业资格；(3)取得英格兰及威尔士普通专业考试或本校普通专业考试证书，并持有至少二级荣誉学位。如适用：(4)非英语教学或考试院校的申请人，需满足英语要求：雅思学术类总分7.0或以上，托福网考100分或以上。考试须在入学年份9月1日前两年内取得，不接受IELTS One Skill Retake、IELTS Indicator及TOEFL iBT Home Edition。
