该课程满足香港及国际对全面了解中华人民共和国法律与法规日益增长的需求。通过理论、实践和政策导向课程的广泛组合，使学生能够在中国动态的社会、经济和政治背景下理解现代中国法律体系。课程面向寻求中国法律专业资格的法律学生/从业者，以及相关领域（如经济、金融、社会学、政治学、商学）的专业人士/研究人员。

课程说明：顶点课程（必修1门）：9学分论文、18学分论文、中国公司法、中国知识产权法、中国投资法、中国贸易法、中国法律与公司金融。指定选修（至少5门）：包括高级研究方法、中国数据保护法、中国信息技术与电子商务法、民商法、比较宪法、比较合同法、比较公司法与理论、比较家庭法、比较法、比较财产法、中国竞争法与政策、宪法与行政法、腐败比较、跨境法律关系、香港国安法、人权、国际与比较知识产权法、国际经济法、国际环境法、国际组织、中国法律导论、银行与保险法、法律与社会、海洋法、法律多元主义、中国经济法、财产法、担保与破产法、海商法、税法、侵权法、国际公法等。其他选修（最多2门）：从普通LLM课程列表中选择。
备注：学费2026-2027学年正在审核中。雅思和托福考试需在入学年份9月1日前两年内取得。不接受雅思单项重考、雅思Indicator和托福网考家庭版。申请竞争激烈，建议尽早提交完整申请。所有支持文件需在申请后15个日历日内提交。优先考虑未在中国大陆学位课程中学习中国法的申请人。
