DCEE提供的MSc计划集中在两个专业领域：（1）结构和岩土工程，以及（2）水力学和环境工程。理学硕士课程旨在为土木工程行业的从业工程师，工程毕业生和专业人士提供土木工程方面的高级教育和最新专业知识。尤其是它吸引那些想要更新和更新其知识并希望接受土木和环境工程专业高级培训的土木工程师，因为传统的本科学习无法涵盖他们需要提升到更高水平的能力的高级理论和设计程序在他们的职业。博士学位课程旨在教育通过研发提高基础知识和技术创新所需的高素质研究人员，以及高等教育机构的需求。这些研究生课程与该部门的目标一致，即通过专业发展来教授，进行研究并为社区服务。
