课程说明：学生需完成至少72学分，包括42学分必修课。可选择12门课程（含必修和选修）或10门课程加一篇学位论文。必修课为：房地产与建筑行业法律、房地产投资、项目工作坊（房地产）或学位论文、物业估值——原理与实践、城市研究的制度分析、房地产开发、房地产金融。选修课根据方向选择：房地产理学硕士、房地产投资与金融、房地产分析与研究、国际房地产。
备注：课程获RICS和HKIS（一般实践组及规划与发展组）认可。全日制一年，兼读制两至三年（晚间和周六上课）。
