专业简介
中国法法学硕士课程旨在满足香港及国际社会对中华人民共和国法律和法规更全面理解的需求。通过理论、实践和政策导向的课程组合，使学生在中国动态的社会、经济和政治背景下了解现代中国法律体系。课程主要用英语授课，无意识形态限制，学生还可利用学院和大学层面的中国相关学术和专业机会，包括在知名内地法学院选修部分模块。

申请人需符合一般规例和授课式研究生课程规例，并满足以下至少一项条件：(1)持有法学学士学位且至少二等荣誉或同等资格；(2)持有非法学学科学位且至少二等荣誉，并具有至少两年相关经验和专业资格；(3)已通过英格兰和威尔士普通专业考试或本大学普通专业考试证书，并持有二等荣誉学位或同等资格。如适用，非英语教学背景的申请人需满足英语要求：雅思总分7.0或托福网考100分。

课程说明：学生需完成72学分，包括一门顶点课程和至少五门指定选修课。顶点课程可从9学分论文、18学分论文或五门标星课程（中国公司法、中国知识产权法、中国投资法、中国贸易法、中国法律与公司金融）中选择一门。指定选修课需从列表中选择至少五门。还可从通用法学硕士课程列表中选择最多两门其他选修课。
备注：申请竞争激烈，建议尽早提交完整申请。所有支持文件需在申请后15个日历日内提交。优先考虑未在中国内地学位课程中学习过中国法律的申请人。
